RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:
· We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order.
· All return packages must include a return form and be insured for the full value of
the merchandise.
· Store credit will be issued for all returns received after 30 days.
· Please note that freight charges for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
· For returns, the item cost will be refunded but not the original shipping.
· All returns must be unworn and in original condition.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
· All orders will be shipped via UPS.
· Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
· Orders cannot be shipped outside the fifty United States.
· Shipping charges are as follows:
- $8 UPS ground plus $2 for each additional item
- $18 UPS second day air plus $2 for each additional item
- $28 UPS next day air plus $2 for each additional item
- $4 UPS ground for gift cards plus $2 for each additional item
· All expedited orders will be shipped in the same business day if the orders are placed by
12pm EST.
· UPS does not deliver on Saturdays.
GIFT WRAP/SERVICES:
· All orders can be gift wrapped for $5 additional per item.
· All orders can include gift notes free of charge even if you do not choose gift wrap.
· All gifts can be returned or exchanged following the regular return/exchange policies.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
· Virtual gift certificates can be purchase and sent via email to the desired recipient.
· Physical gift certificates can be purchased and sent to the purchaser or the recipient of
the gift.
· Gift certificates can be purchased for any monetary amount of your choice.
· Gift certificates are redeemable for merchandise only at www.laurenmerkin.com.
· Purchases will be deducted from the card amount until the value reaches zero.
· Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
